If you are trying to load Facebook or Twitter and GAIN isn't responding as usual, or your Clients & Channels page loads blank. Don't freak out! This happens when either your computer or networking is blocking access to certain assets that the app needs to function properly. Typically security software running on your computer or at the network level can block many of the assets URLs thus the assets can't download. 

To see the error message press CTRL + ALT + J (Command + Option + J for Mac) and this will bring up a window inside the browser with the error message appearing in red letters. 

Take a screenshot and forward it to your IT department so they can look at the domains or URLs that are getting blocked and can white-list them.
