We typically respond to all chats and emails within one to two hours during office hours. Since we're based in GMT-3 time zone, here's an example of our office hours on different parts of the world:

Our support times are Monday through Friday: 

  • 7 AM - 4 PM EST
  • 4 AM - 1 PM PST
  • 11 PM - 8 AM AEST
  • 1 PM - 10 PM CET
