Support Coverage Hours

We are so proud to have customers located all over the world 🌎. To ensure all of our customers receive timely responses when they need them, our support hours Monday thru Friday are: 

  • 9 AM - 6 PM EST
  • 6 AM - 4 PM PST
  • 6 AM - 10 AM AEST
  • 3 PM - 11 PM CET

We do our best to respond to all chats and emails within 5 to 20 minutes during office hours. We will respond as soon as possible, typically within the next day business day, outside our office hours.
