This login link is invalid or may have expired. Please request a new login email below.

Approvers receive email notifications with a link that instantly logs them into Gain. Each email notification contains a unique security token, we call it a magic token, that serves as a temporary, one-time password. The system authenticates the token, which Gain includes in the login URL, and logs the user into Gain to review the content.

If you try to log in to Gain and see the error "This login link is invalid or may have expired. Please request a new login email below," it means the system invalidated the magic token. Typically, you should be able to log in by requesting another magic token but, sometimes, requesting a new magic token doesn't work. 

When the error persists even after you've requested a new magic token, your email client might be pre-loading or pre-fetching URLs included in your emails to protect you against phishing attempts. You can try to: 

1. Disable this feature in your email's privacy controls, given you have the knowledge or permission to do it. You can contact your IT team if you're unsure.
2. Create a password, and when you get to the login page below, click "Go to regular login page" and log in with your email and password.
