If you see this error, the login link you're using has most likely expired.

Each login link you receive via email contains a unique security token (we call it a magic token) that serves as a temporary, one-time password. The system authenticates the token, which Gain includes in the login URL, and logs the user into Gain without you having to enter a password.

When this happens, simply enter your email and request a new login link.

If this doesn't work:

1. Your email provider may be invalidating the login link in your email to protect you against phishing attempts. You can disable this feature in your email's privacy settings or contacting your IT team for help.
2. Create a password here, and instead of entering your email to request a link on the login page, click  on the key icon to log in with your email and password.
