Can my Clients turn off Gain's automatic email reminders?

Yes, Clients can turn off automatic reminders. The only email notification they cannot turn off is the initial notification when you or your team sends them new content to approve. We certainly don't want them to miss that initial notification, but we understand if you want to avoid sending your client further follow-ups.

Email reminders can be turned on and off from the notification preferences (⚙️).

You can share the following instructions with your Clients:

  1. While logged in to Gain, click on the notification bell icon (🔔) next to your initials or avatar to open your notifications.
  2. You will see a gear ⚙️ at the top right of your notifications. Click on it to open your notification preferences.

  1. This will open the notification preferences for the workspace you're logged into. Under the email column, check the option There is content waiting for me to approve or review.

  1. Click Save.
