Why can't I see social media metrics?


If you can't see social media metrics for your workspace, please verify the following:

  • Confirm that all your channels are properly linked to the workspace.
  • Insights are unavailable for Instagram Personal accounts or LinkedIn Personal accounts.
  • Ensure your content is publicly accessible on your social profiles.
  • When you connect a social channel, Gain backfills up to 6 months of data.
  • For YouTube channels, Gain will only display insights for content published in the last 30 days. This is due to YouTube policies governing third-party applications.

Note: Gain will stop updating data for content older than 30 days, regardless of ongoing engagement.
