Payment methods

We accept all major credit cards, including Google Pay. Payments are processed securely; you can update your payment information anytime through your Billing settings. If you have any questions about payment methods, contact 

Non-Profit Discount

We love supporting non-profits! A discount of 50% is available for organizations that can provide 501(c)(3) proof of status in the US or equivalent in your country.

Please get in touch with with proof of status to apply for your discount.

How do annual and monthly subscriptions differ?

With an annual subscription, you pay upfront for the year and receive a 20% discount. This is an excellent option if you want to save money and are committed to using Gain long-term. If you downgrade your plan during annual billing, you will immediately receive a credit to your account. 

Important: Your subscription will continue to renew automatically on your renewal date unless you choose to cancel.

On monthly plans, when you switch plans, any changes to your subscription will be prorated to reflect the time you spent on each plan. For example, if you are on a $119/month plan and switch to a $239/month plan halfway through the month, your next invoice will show the proration as follows:


  • Billing date: May 1
  • Switch date: May 15

Invoice on June 1:

  • May 1 - May 31:
  • Unused time on Gain Starter after May 15: -$59.50
  • Remaining time on Gain Agency after May 15: $119.50
  • June 1 - June 30:
  • Gain Agency: $239

Invoice total: $299

Access Billing Information

Navigate to your account's Subscription & Billing section.

Here, you can update your plan, update our billing information, access your payment history, and download receipts for your records. Click View Billing Settings to edit your billing information or cancel your subscription.

Receipt recipients

After you pay for your Gain subscription, we'll email receipts to the account owner. If you’d like someone other than the account owner to get receipts, update the billing email under Billing Information.

Note: If you need an invoice before your company can pay for your Gain subscription, please get in touch with to request one. 

Upgrade or downgrade your subscription

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime based on your needs. Changes will be prorated and reflected in your next billing cycle. Click on Change Plan to select a new one.

Cancel your Gain account

If you need to cancel your Gain account, you can do so from your billing settings: click on View Billing Settings > Cancel plan. Please note that canceling your subscription will result in losing access to all features and services at the end of your current billing period.

If you change your mind, you can renew your subscription anytime.

Q: What happens if I exceed the number of clients or team members in my plan?

If you exceed the limits of your plan, you will need to upgrade to the next plan level. Our system will notify you when you are approaching the limits.

Q: Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be effective immediately, and any cost adjustments will be prorated.

Q: Is there a discount for annual payments?
