Share a Public Preview

You can turn on public link sharing to share previews of files and social posts with people outside your account. Viewers won't be able to comment, approve, or edit, and the link remains active until it's disabled.

Important: Only Account Owners, Admins, and Publishers can toggle link sharing on or off.

Turn On/Off Public Previews

  1. Open a post preview on view mode and click on the Info.
  2. Under Visibility, toggle on/off the "Public link" option.

3. Click Copy to save the link to your clipboard.

Note: Reactivating the link doesn't generate a new URL. This means viewers can always revisit the content preview using the same link as long as the "Public link" option is enabled.
